• Croix-Rouge Ecaute (helpline)
• Psychosocial support face to face e.g. prisoners
• Daily – psychosocial support from first-aid to social care volunteers
• Psychosocial trainings (several kinds of trainings)
• In case of disaster – welcoming and support for  victims and families in France and abroad (tsunami, …)
• A network of referents in psychosocial support

International:

• Development programmes: School-based PS programme for children and care-givers in Palestine; PS activities in Colombia; PS programme PLHIV especially children in Congo, Gabon, Mauritania, Cambodia ; Development of PS community centre in Jordan for displaced Iraqi.
• Representative on  the IFRC Reference Centre in Psychosocial Support Roster + observer on the  Reference Centre’s Advisory Board;
• Training for delegates and ERU in PS and stress management,
• Psychosocial support for international delegates;
