Accomodation

Special rates have been agreed with the two conference hotels MARIOTT VIENNA and AUSTRIA TREND SAVOYEN, both located in the city centre and close to the conference site.

The room reservations will be handled by Austropa Interconvention, the appointed registration and housing office for the 8th Regional Conference of European Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. For room reservation please use the online registration form.

The prices indicated below are in Euro, per room, per night, including buffet breakfast services and taxes.

Shuttle services between these two conference hotels and the conference venue as well as evening events will be provided during the conference period and are included in the conference package.

Following special room rates are applicable:

Hotel Cancellation Conditions

Early registration: Deadline 7 January 2010, no cancellation or changes, no refund

Regular Rate: changes are possible, for cancellation received:
* until 7 January 2010 - Euro 40,00 per room

* after 7 January 2010 - Euro 250,00 per room
* no refund for No-Show

The hotel has the right to charge all pre-booked nights in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
