Taking Action in Social Inclusion of Older People (TASIOP)

The project started in February 2016 in the Western Balkans – a regional effort to put older people’s fate back in their hands, support them in being better included in their communities and discuss the topics of importance with decision makers and community leaders. Five countries in the project are joining together on a job uniting the civil sector and older people in order to tackle the challenges of demographic ageing head on. It is a project created to harness the power of the civil sector in five western Balkans countries in response to demographic ageing.

Psychological First Aid and Psychosocial Support in Complex Emergencies (PFA-CE)

In times of more frequent and long-term disasters and crises, the project aims at improving disasterresponse capacities of European emergency and volunteer organisations by strengthening Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Psychosocial Support (PSS) competencies of staff and volunteers.

Prevention, Preparedness and Response to Natural and Man-made Disasters in the Eastern Partnership Countries (PPRD East)

The Programme aims to contribute to the peace, stability, security and prosperity of the Eastern Partner Countries and to protect the population, the environment, the cultural heritage, the resources and the infrastructures of the region by strengthening the countries’ resilience, preparedness and response to man-made and disasters caused by natural hazards.

Enhancing the Preparedness ans Responce Capacities of the Belarus Red Cross and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (PrepCap)

The project aims to strengthen the preparedness and response capacities of Belarus RedCross (BRC) and Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) in responding to natural and manmade emergency situations. The project will address Crisis Communication, Psychosocial Support and First Aid.

Promoting the role of volunteers and the population in Civil Protection (ProVoice)

In times of more frequent and long-term disasters and crises, the project aims at strengthening the cooperation between neighbourhood countries and UCPM countries in the field of volunteer management, spontaneous volunteers and population awareness in disaster preparedness.
