• Age requirements in accordance with the AutRC's Disaster Relief Regulations
• Availability at short notice 
• Good knowledge of English (CEF B2 level), other foreign languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and organisational skills
• Completed minimum trainings required for IFRC Rapid Response personnel
• Completed international specialized training (e.g. WASH, ITT)

Pre-training required for deployments and trainings

One of the requirements for deployment and training is the completion of the minimum trainings required for IFRC Rapid Response personnel.

Please note that all courses listed are available on the IFRC learning platform. You will need to create an account to access all IFRC e-learning materials. If you experience any difficulties, please contact support.learning@ifrc.org

We have created a playlist on the IFRC learning platform where you can track your progress if you wish. 

These trainings are mandatory for a potential SURGE deployment and these trainings are mandatory for all other staff. You can use the "sync with IFRC Learning Platform" button to view the completed courses in your Molnix account (NB: you must use exactly the same email address to log in to both sites).
