Our primary tools include two elements: a 10-slide business plan that guides participants in transforming their humanitarian projects into viable social business ideas, and a 4-year financial plan that teaches them to consider both costs and income streams, tailoring revenue sources to different customer groups. The Training Academy culminates in an online pitch event, where participants refine their storytelling skills and present their work so far in front of an expert panel.
