After a short overview about their activities our guests got a lot of information about the system, financing, education, and dispatch of secondary transport. Vienna Red Cross has a lot of experience because of a long history in this service. After inspecting the ambulance cars, we dropped in the dispatch centre where our guest got an interesting overview about the system.

With lunch at the AutRC Headquarters and a short visit at our Disaster relief centre at Inzersdorf we finished the morning session. 

After that we transferred to Eisenstadt for the visit of Red Cross branch of Burgenland. There they got an overview over a relatively new established system of interhospitaltransfer. A lot of information about technology, processes and personnel were delivered from the team of the mobile intensive care unit, so that our guest where able to go back home with all their questions answered.
