First aid basic course (16 hours)

This basic course provides the basis for correct action in all situations in which sick or injured people need help. Our specially trained and experienced Red Cross trainer conveys this knowledge on a theoretical level and with many practical exercises.

The basic course covers all important aspects of first aid:

• Accident prevention measures
• The basics of first aid
• What to to if a person is not responding
• Acute emergencies (heart attack, stroke, heavy bleeding,...)
• Wounds (bandages, burns,…)
• Bone and joint injuries
